Who We Are

Built on Purpose, Driven by Impact

Inclusive Impact Foundation is a not-for-profit company incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, committed to transformative, rights-based, and dignity-centred social change across India. We work at the intersection of community empowerment, institutional capacity building, and ecosystem strengthening, driven entirely by purpose, and accountable entirely to the communities we serve.

We were founded with a clear and unwavering mission — to create meaningful, lasting change in the lives of India's most marginalised communities. We believe that social equity is not a destination but an ongoing practice of inclusion, empowerment, and justice.

Inclusive Impact Foundation
Our Vision

An Inclusive India Where No One is Left Behind

We envision a socially just, ecologically sustainable, and economically inclusive India — where marginalised communities are not merely beneficiaries of development, but active agents of their own transformation. Our vision is one where civil society, government, academia, and the private sector work in concert toward shared goals of equity, sustainability, and human dignity.

Our Section 8 Commitment

As a Section 8 company, every rupee of our income, whether from grants, CSR contributions, consultancy fees, or donations is legally required to be reinvested in pursuit of our registered objects. We do not distribute profits to members. We have no shareholders in the commercial sense. Our only accountability is to the communities we serve and the mission we have legally bound ourselves to uphold.

"The profits, if any, or other income and property of the Foundation, whensoever derived, shall be applied solely for the promotion of its objects. No portion shall be paid as dividend, bonus, or otherwise to members."

Six Areas of Transformative Impact

Inclusive Impact Foundation structures its work across two complementary domains: direct program implementation at the community level, and institutional consultancy services for youth and development organisations. Together, these two streams enable the Foundation to drive impact both on the ground and across the wider development ecosystem.

01 — Program Implementation

Direct community-level interventions across health, livelihoods, and environment

1.1

Health & Well-being

Improving access to quality healthcare for economically and socially weaker sections of society. The Foundation delivers mobile health camps, preventive health awareness drives, maternal and child health programs, nutrition interventions, and institutional support to Primary Health Centres and charitable clinics serving underserved communities. Every health initiative is designed to create lasting linkages to government entitlements including national and state health schemes ensuring that access to care becomes a structural reality. The Foundation also supports community health workers and local health volunteers to build sustained preventive care capacity at the grassroots level.

1.2

Livelihood & Economic Empowerment

Facilitating sustainable, dignified livelihoods through vocational training, entrepreneurship development, Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), kitchen gardening, organic farming, and digital and financial literacy for youth and women. Economic self-reliance is the most durable form of empowerment. The Foundation designs programs that are contextually grounded, market-linked, and sustainably scalable building on communities' existing assets and strengths. Special emphasis is placed on women-led enterprises and youth employment pathways that bridge skills training with meaningful economic opportunities.

1.3

Climate Action & Environmental Sustainability

Building community capacity to address the growing threat of climate change through clean energy adoption, waste management systems, ecosystem conservation, and the promotion of eco-friendly practices and green livelihoods. The Foundation works alongside smallholder farmers, forest-dependent communities, and peri-urban populations those who bear the greatest burden of climate disruption despite contributing least to it to build resilience from the ground up. Programs integrate environmental sustainability with livelihood generation, ensuring the transition to a green economy is both equitable and locally owned.
